Boiler fuel pressed from Gujarat’s farm residue

Grenergy makes biomass briquettes for industrial boilers, kilns and power plants. A cleaner, locally made replacement for coal and firewood.

Lab report with every order

Calorific value, moisture and ash are tested for each batch, so you know what goes into your boiler.

Two sizes: 70 mm and 90 mm

70 mm for smaller fireboxes and feeders, 90 mm for large grates and kilns.

Delivered to your plant

Loose truckloads or bagged, on a schedule that matches your consumption.

No binders or chemicals. Heat and pressure alone hold the fuel together.

  1. Collect

Groundnut shells, sawdust, cotton stalks and other residue from farms and mills nearby.

  2. Dry

Brought down to low moisture so the fuel lights easily and burns hot.

  3. Shred

Ground to an even size for a dense, consistent product.

  4. Press

Compressed under high pressure into 70 mm or 90 mm briquettes.

  5. Test and dispatch

Each batch is checked, then loaded for your plant.

Who burns our fuel

Any plant that raises steam or heat from solid fuel can usually switch. Most coal and wood-fired boilers need little or no change.
